PLUS we’ll create a personalised mental health toolkit that you can use to help you stay calm when the going gets tough.

These are the tried and tested methods I’ve used myself to heal from postnatal depression and help me find JOY in being a mum. I experienced postnatal depression with both of my daughters and I had some dark, dark days, so trust me, I get how tough motherhood can get.

What’s included? 

6 x 1 hour sessions that will take place over Zoom. 

Email and messenger contact with me for the entire six weeks we are working together. 

Lifetime access to videos, workbooks, journal prompts, guided relaxations and visualisations. 

What kinds of things will we cover during the programme?

– We’ll dig deep into your birth and postnatal experiences so we can really identify where we need to focus. 

 – We’ll talk about what’s worrying you and how this is affecting your life. 

 – We’ll talk about the type of mum you want to be and how you want your relationship with your children to look in the future. 

 – I’ll create visualisations and relaxations that will help you move towards becoming version of the mum you want to be. 

– We’ll talk about hormones; how they impact on your emotions and how you can get them under control so you can start to feel better. 

– We’ll also talk about how your brain changes when you become a mum, what’s normal and what you can do to work with the dreaded ‘baby brain’ rather than letting it take control of you. 

 – We’ll talk about why self care is non-negotiable and how you can get more sleep. 

 – We’ll also talk about how diet, nutrition and exercise impact on your emotions. 

 – We’ll chat about how your identity changes when you become a mum. We’ll say goodbye to the old pre-baby version of you and will welcome in the awesome new mama you want to be. 

 – We’ll also discuss how your relationships with your partner, friends and family may have changed since becoming a mum. 

 – We’ll create a personalised ‘mums mental health toolkit’ that will include  strategies and techniques that will help you to look after your emotional wellbeing and cope with any difficult or overwhelming feelings you may experience in the future.
