I’m here for the change makers, people who want to make the world a better place for the good of us all.

This work begins with emotional mastery; the ability to navigate these challenging times with ease and grace, so you can facilitate the change you came here to create.

Together we can peel back the layers that are holding you back so you can move through the world with an inner confidence that you can ‘do hard things’.

Whether that’s releasing trauma, innovating and creating change, challenging the status quo, activism or quietly redefining your corner of the world.

You need tools, nervous system support, emotional fitness to be able to continue to challenge, innovate and facilitate change on a long term, sustainable basis.

I’m here for all of that.

WHAT AM I ABOUT?

I’m here to learn as much as I can and embrace as many opportunities as possible while I’m on this planet. 

I have a strong sense of social justice and I believe that we all have a responsibility to leave this world in a better place than we found it. 

I’m (sometimes naively) optimistic that we can all be change makers. 

We’re all able to do our bit for whatever communities we are part of. Whether that’s running a forward thinking start up that’s going to change the world, teaching your kids about the importance of inclusivity and kindness or even just making a banging cup of coffee that brings a smile to someones face. 

We all have the power to have a positive impact on those around us. 

Despite my usually bright and sunny disposition I also know how darkness feels. 

I do my own work. I have therapy. I seek guidance and advice from peers and elders. 

I don’t know it all. 

I have days where everything feels too much and I need to be picked up and reminded about all the things I want to change in the world. 

Sometimes I give myself permission to hide under the duvet. 

We are all imperfect beings and I embrace my wholeness. 

WHAT’s EMDR?

EMDR is an evidence based therapy that helps people heal from difficult experiences. It’s usually known as a ‘trauma’ therapy but what few people know is that EMDR is also great at helping people heal and recover from blocks and limiting beliefs that are holding them back in their lives. 

Did I mention I’m multi-passionate?

I use EMDR in a variety of different ways including:-

– Helping people recover from birth and perinatal trauma. 

– Supporting successful, high achievers heal from childhood trauma. 

– As a tool to help entrepreneurs uncover and heal from subconscious beliefs that are stopping them from taking steps towards a big goal in their businesses. 

– To reduce the impact of vicarious trauma and increase staff wellbeing in the workplace.  

I absolutely love the diverse and varied different ways I get to use this amazing therapeutic tool and I’m always looking for new, innovative ways to share it with as many people as I possibly can! 

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

EMDR is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach that can help rewire the brain for success. 

I will guide you through a structured eight-phase process that begins with assessing your unique needs and goals. 

We’ll assess your current coping strategies and will provide you with resources, tools and techniques to soothe your nervous system and help you feel calmer, even during times of stress. 

Together we will pinpoint the specific memories or challenges holding you back from reaching your full potential. 

We’ll then use bilateral stimulation techniques, such as eye movements, tones, hand buzzers or tapping to desensitise and create a new perspective on whatever is causing you difficulty or distress, enhancing your mental fitness and wellbeing. 

As a final cherry on top we will anchor in a new, positive belief about yourself that you can take forward with you and apply to all areas of your life.
